Tim Whitney

Timothy Whitney is the appointed Undersheriff of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (MO) with more than twenty years of law enforcement experience. In his current role, Timothy acts as the organization’s chief financial officer and manages an annual budget of over $28 million while also overseeing the daily operation of the department which consists of 250 law enforcement and civilian employees.

Mr. Whitney is active in the community and serves on several regional boards where he works to build and maintain professional relationships with community leaders. In addition to thousands of hours of professional development training, Timothy possesses a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a Master of Public Administration Degree (MPA) from Webster University.
