Travis Crews is the Federal Program Director for Southern Missouri Reentry, LLC, bringing over 28 years of experience in corrections and leadership. He retired from the Missouri Department of Corrections as Deputy Warden of Operations at Farmington Correctional Center, where he spearheaded key initiatives in quality case management and innovative reentry programs. In June 2025, Travis was honored with the Missouri State Team Member Award of Distinction for Public Service by Governor Mike Kehoe.

Beyond his professional role, Travis serves as President of the Southeast Missouri Family Violence Council and as Ward III Alderman for the City of Desloge, Missouri. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his wife, LeAnn, and their dachshunds. He is a proud father of two grown daughters and a grandfather to one granddaughter.
