Aaron Penberthy – Aaron is SMRs maintenance guru, which means if it’s broken, squeaking, leaking, or hanging on by a thread—he is our guy. Before joining SMR, Aaron worked in construction, building everything from decks to full houses, picking up the kind of skills that only come from getting your hands dirty. Aaron graduated from West St. Francis County R-IV, grew up playing hockey, and brings grit and determination into everything he does. Aaron has always loved working with his hands, whether it’s engines, carpentry, or figuring out why something just isn’t working right. Aaron enjoy tinkering, problem-solving, and putting things back together better than he found it. Being part of the Southern Missouri Reentry team means a lot to him and Aaron shared, “I’m proud to do work that supports something bigger than myself and gives back to the community.”
