Jeffrey Burgert
Jeffrey Burgert is an experienced leader with a diverse background in community development, behavioral health, public safety, and organizational management. Throughout his career, he has held progressively responsible leadership positions in community corrections, residential reentry services, marketing, and community development, with a strong focus on building partnerships, improving operations, and serving communities.
Jeffrey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from William Woods University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. His professional experience also includes service as a law enforcement officer and lieutenant, as well as 14 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, Jeffrey is passionate about bringing people and organizations together to strengthen communities, develop effective programs, and create meaningful, lasting impact.
